Bring your rates down! I drove to Orange County and back. With $75 in gas, the cost was $350.00. I can hire a transport company for less. Crazy expensive.

JESS PMake it a little easier to know how much gas we need in the tank when we return, maybe just tell the customer when we're picking up. I had a heck of a time checking the 3 or 4 emails I got from U-Haul to find it. I ended up putting an extra 5 gallons than what I needed.
