This location was not my initial schedule, my reservation was switched here. The location was outside of my time frame for pickup and drop-off. Upon departure of the facility I noticed the engine light is on (fine per rep on duty, luckily no mechanical problems during the day move. Upon return of the truck while at the location, the mobile app shuts down as I am submitting pics as requested of the truck at the storage location. The app will not reopen for truck return. Called U-Haul customer service and received no help after explaining what happened during check in. I called the next morning to speak with the rep and explain what happened, now I am charged an extra $20 for failure on U-Haul's part, not my fault your system shut down. I have used U-Haul many times before with no issues, this is the worst experience so far.
William D.I registered on line to have a fast checkout. It wasn't. Reception was awful. She acted put out even tho i was only customer. Another customer came in and was more helpful yhan she was, computer slow and did not have equipment that was offered and i had needed. Truck had engine light on.
Wanda H.Staff was superb and accommodating!! But the truck had no pull out ramp! I had to move a 700 + pound piano! The ramp would have been of great use. There we ports for it but it seemed to have been removed or bumper redone to not include. Otherwise I'll definitely use this location again!
