Uhaul customer service was a bad experience in all aspects
PAUL YOutstanding experience far above other locations I've dealt with in the past.
GREGORY SAwful experience. I spent 2 hours trying to figure out why I couldn't pick up my vehicle only to find out the truck I ordered was not properly set up for mobile pickup. A uhaul rep was able to get me another unnecessarily large truck, which was very inconvenient to drive. I also ordered and payed for a dolly and furniture pads which were not provided. On the exit survey I mentioned this, and no one reached out to me to refund me. I paid for services I did not receive. Without the dolly I struggled immensely to move all my furniture which left me physically injured for several days
