I informed the check-in location that the front rotors )brakes) cause the front end to shimmy badly when braking above 40+ mph. The higher the speed, the worse the shimmy.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing
TIM SThe U-Haul app to self pick up was not working very well. Could not take pictures of the U-Haul without the app kicking them back and not working.
Alexandra CLocation was closed the day of and prior when I went to pick up my uhaul. I was not provided any information on how, when, where the truck was nor was I provided information about what key box or code for my 20' rental, they didn't remove their advertisement banner from the windshield and they didn't include the 3 Dolly's I rented. The only reason I was still able to get the truck and move and get things taken care of was due to a very nice and very helpful Uhaul customer service representative over the phone. She helped me locate the truck, verify the truck number, and gave me my key code and what to do when I come drop it back off.
