Charles BUhaul was great and the online reservation system was great. I was able to prepare for my move completely via online. Both pick up and drop off locations were great to work with! The ONLY issue we had were the unloaders that until provided — VET Movers, Columbus OH. HORRIBLE service to us! They were late and 2 of the inloaders they provided were sources in Craig’s list! NOT happy.
