Location was closed the day of and prior when I went to pick up my uhaul. I was not provided any information on how, when, where the truck was nor was I provided information about what key box or code for my 20' rental, they didn't remove their advertisement banner from the windshield and they didn't include the 3 Dolly's I rented. The only reason I was still able to get the truck and move and get things taken care of was due to a very nice and very helpful Uhaul customer service representative over the phone. She helped me locate the truck, verify the truck number, and gave me my key code and what to do when I come drop it back off.

ANWUAR DDropped it off a day early and submitted the keys to the person there. Would have thought that I would have gotten a discount on the rental charge since it was returned within one day. What did I get instead, a charge to my card for $14.97 for 2 gallons of gas that goes for $2.43 a gallon. Tried to get exactly the right amount of gas back in the truck but you didn’t need to rip me off twice in one day

ANWUAR DThe motorcycle trail we rented was clean. Unknow to us the protective skid plate on the leading edge of the deck was missing exposing sharp edges of the corrugated steel. We did not know this until we compared it to other U-Haul motorcycle trailers at the rally. The sharp edge caught on the bottom of the motorcycle cutting a hole in the oil pan and maybe more damage. The owner of the rental site told me to take it up with U-Haul, it's above his paygrade. He didn't care at all there was damage.
