I had originally was to pick up a van at A Storage but unfortunately the chain link fence was locked and no access to the van. The customer service rep was wonderful and changed my order to this location. She stayed on the phone with me until I located the key and started the truck. She could only give me a box truck which was more than enough to pick up a chair but I was grateful to get it picked up on the day arranged. Hats off to the UHaul rep!!!
Linda HNo Hurts is a great place to p/u Uhaul. Management & communication is awesome. Wanted to get a larger vehicle w/ ramp, I know it's busy this time of year. Van was available - it was so easy to connect my WAZE & phone. Only suggestion: any way to add ramp/tracks to get heavier/larger items into vans w/o having to lift them?
