Better customer service is needed from Judith. Everytime I go to rent a truck at the No hurts truck rental location in Aston PA she is never happy. It’s like she has a problem with people reserving trucks. She needs to watch how she talks to people. “You get what I give you” should never be said to a customer or making it our problem that you have to do your job is CRAZY! For as long as I have been going to this location spending my back breaking hard earned money putting up with her poor attitude, I most likely will be finding another location to start going to. We are the paying customers, not her. If we make a request, I think it should be honored. Doesn’t the customer always come first?!?!? Not being displayed here at this location!
