The toy hauler was not present at the location. Fortunately Judy, the No Hurts employee, noticed this the day before my pickup. She had to call a guy in on his day off to go to North Philly to get the trailer. Judy is amazing! I had traveled 800 miles to pick up a vehicle and absolutely didn’t plan to drive home empty handed. If not for her dogged commitment to the customer and her willingness to monitor her phone 24/7 my trip would have been a bust. She is a real gem.

The trailer wasn't in the best condition as compared to others I've rented. I pointed that out on the return at a different location. It did work for my quick one-way trip.
