Joseph MLocation was fine....Mobile check in is absolutely terrible and I would recommend that customers never ever use it! Everything in the app was fine and set until it came time to get the vehicle. Had to put in personal information multiple times then had to put in a false drop off address just so the app would give lock information to get key. The pick up and drop off information was already in the app. It got to a point where the young lady on the phone was gonna start looking for a different location to pick up another truck.
