The female I’ve dealt with was rude and un knowledgeable . When I tried to explain to her what I was quoted when making my reservation she was combative and argumentative. She wasn’t helpful and unprofessional. And because of that I wouldn’t recommend that location. I had to call uhaul directly to get help . The only thing she told me was that I needed to call Uhaul directly.

Rental wasn’t associated to our account, took close to 45 mins and speaking to multiple people to finally be able to pickup rental. Site kept saying “desk service required” but this was an after hours pickup with no desk open
