No instructions for Sunday drop off. Had to call U-Haul and wait on hold to get gate code. Once inside storage facility there was no way to trigger automatic sensor to open gate. My wife on the outside of the gate tried the open code I was given and it didn’t work. Had to call U-Haul again. 3 waits on hold for different depts and still no code. I was finally rescued by a random storage unit renter who happened by to drop off some stuff. Not cool UHaul. If you plan to use remote locations and entice us to agree by offering discounts, then give your customers proper gate instructions.

The locked gate was difficult to navigate since we didn’t have a code. We had to wait for a worker to see us waiting outside it to have it opened.

WESLEY RNeeded code to get in and was not supplied that code. Had to call U-Haul. Key drop off location was not evident and had to call U-Haul. They wanted me to put them in the slot of the door but there was no information of that. Was locked into the facility by gate when trying to leave, would not open. Had to go through muddy woods into the nearby neighborhood to get out. Should have been a 10 minute experience but took over an hour.
