The texted gate code did not work, but the onsite manager was promptly able to change it. He commented that it happens frequently.

Whomever came up with the "virtual assistant" idea should be terminated immediately.
MARK Tthis trailer has an extremely heavy Toung. once the trailer is loaded its impossible to disconnect and reconnect without a jack. this trailer needs to outfitted with a crank to raise and lower as needed.
MICHAEL OAutomated attendant experience was the first - and it was unusual. Was able to pick up truck and get going with two attempts.
JAMES DDealing with a "virtual" assistant via webcam was inconvenient, unprofessional and unimpressive. If my business doesn't deserve an in-person check-in experience, I'll take it elsewhere next time!!
