Dealing with a "virtual" assistant via webcam was inconvenient, unprofessional and unimpressive. If my business doesn't deserve an in-person check-in experience, I'll take it elsewhere next time!!
KEVIN BBad customer service. Guy acted like we were disturbing him. He even tried to ask my 69 yr old mom to move the truck where he wanted it. He did end up doing it himself.
