Overall your services were acceptable. However, you guys changed pick up spot last second by email. As i was traveling to do this move i do not check emails as quickly as usual. went to wrong place. then new place (25 minutes away) i could not access remote lock box even using your telephone help. luckily lady at site was especially helpful and got me into truck. cab, not back, was loaded with equipment. also, did not know truck was 20 miles to empty until i got on highway.
