This dropoff location was nearly 1 hour away from my home. We passed other UHaul locations on the way; it would have been helpful to have been assigned to a closer one.

The uhaul no contact pick up app is HODRIBLE. I was there with location on, on my phone and it kept denying my pickup. On the phone with uhaul they were nice people but useless help in circles. The live chat help was even more useless. My pickup was at 8am contactless and the facility opened at 9:30. That’s when I got help and the u store it representative was perfect without flaw unlike the app.
Eunice SThe truck was horrible, it was very UNSAFE! The alignment on the truck is terrible, the steering wheel is turned all the way Right in order to go straight! Any time I went over a bump, the suspension was horrible and fet like I was goi by to loose control and crash!
