The truck was clean and the office staff was lovely; however, I had made the reservation on line for 2 two wheel dollys as well as 2 flat top dollys. Only one of each were waiting for pickup. Also, the loading ramp in the truck would not roll back in place. It had to be taken off and put in the cargo space of the truck. It was very heavy and difficult to lift after spending hours loading the truck.
