The truck wasin good shape it needs an alignment or front end checked as it tended to feel a good amount of play otherwise pleasant experience

They overcharged me 4gl of gas.
RICARDO CThe clerk did not give any instructions, just handed me the key. I drove a total of 11 miles and was charged for 5 gallons of gas. When I picked up the truck, the gas was just over 1/4 tank. After driving the 11 miles, I returned it, expecting to pay for the gas that I used, 1 gallon = $4.50. Apparently, there is a $30 fee for returning the truck with less that 1/4 tank. This is not explained at pickup. What a good scam! This is a joke. I have already complained, and if not corrected I will be disputing with my credit card company. The clerk at the location could not have cared less. No way to contact the store by phone. I will not return.
JAMES HYou ppl have got to be kidding me! originally I was suppose to have a $19.99 rental for this trip of 1 day with less than 200 lbs of cargo. and I got a $20.00 tr4uck when 4 $19 vehicles were there!! 13 emails from uhaul $147.00 charge on my daughters CC, on a $29 rental, auto $15.00 charge for 2 day's when that is not needed b/c my insurance covers me in your vehicle 100%. This was totally misleading as well as excessive. Although the vendor was nice and profession UHaul; screwed me as well as probably every single person you do business forever.. So, I am extremely pissed to say the least. If UHaul wants to straighten out this nightmare, I Will not offer my social media opinion across all platform in for the next 7 days as long as someone on your end explains how the hell this can happen to anyone.. You advertise a $29 rental per day (mine should have been $19) how does a $29 rental end up costing $148 for 15 miles 27 hours later. I can do as you wish here BUT if this in not correct I will the balance of my life WARNING ppl up front of this BULLSHIT, try me! Sincerely......
