No problems with the location but the app seems to have an issue uploading photos. Possibly a tech malfunction on my end but other than that, it was a smooth experience. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location.

The Location and staff are friendly and helpful However ... The door is clearly not shutting and has some defect . Lighting up the warning signal on the door was not shut and the door shakes on the highway. The app did not work. I did not want the extra 15 dollar charge that was added however the app would not move forward after hitting accept . I sent an email to customer service listed never received an email in return confirming this .
MARY HIt would be helpful to print out instructions vs an email. No printer available at location.
KATHLEEN DAdditional charge of $25 for cleaning and it was cleaned prior to going back. Also overcharged for mileage. Also, something wrong with that vehicle wouldn’t go over 30 miles an hour without lots of noise. We never use those folks again and possibly not U-Haul
