I may recommend this location but hesitant. Had two issues , 1 - my pickup time was scheduled for 9am and had I arrived at 9 office was closed even though the sign on door states open at 9am. A worker at this location arrived at 9:10 and had to go find the U-haul rep. If this person didn’t come along not how long I would have waited. I did call the U-haul call center and they also tried to contact the rep at this location. Long story short I waited about 10-15 minutes for someone to help me. 2 - Driver side door had to be stammed very hard in order to get the “ Divers side door open “ message to go off and alarm to stop. I will say the U-haul rep at this location was pleasant.

RICARDO CThe clerk did not give any instructions, just handed me the key. I drove a total of 11 miles and was charged for 5 gallons of gas. When I picked up the truck, the gas was just over 1/4 tank. After driving the 11 miles, I returned it, expecting to pay for the gas that I used, 1 gallon = $4.50. Apparently, there is a $30 fee for returning the truck with less that 1/4 tank. This is not explained at pickup. What a good scam! This is a joke. I have already complained, and if not corrected I will be disputing with my credit card company. The clerk at the location could not have cared less. No way to contact the store by phone. I will not return.
