This is not what I would call a U-Haul location whatsoever. It was a florist shop and a U-Haul stop. It is in a house. You drive through a gate and the office is in the backside of the house. You enter the office and push s button for help. The woman came out of another section of the house and clearly was not interested in helping us. I had called and left a message and waited for a call back 4 hrs. earlier. She didn't want to hear me out and just said to unhitch the trailer and leave it. No receipt; no thank you-nothing. My husband was struggling to back up his truck and trailer. I was directing him, but she blurted out, "if people don't know how to drive these things , they shouldn't rent them." She said that twice. The second time, she turned and walked away. No thank you; no nothing. Worse customer service we ever experienced! I worked at customer service for 50+ years and I would have been fired on the spot for treating customers in that manner!

The vehicle rented should not be in service, it has well over 140,000 miles. The vehicle does not accelerate properly when getting on the highway. The interior and exterior is in horrible shape, and when going down hill I thought the engine was going to seize… it appears that this location is managed out of someone’s house, with a pool in the back?
STEVEN AAbsolutely the worst customer service/front desk representative. Wouldn’t recommend dropping off at that location. Avoid it if you can.
