Do to liability constraints which were not revealed to us on renting this equipment, the person at the drop off was not to help or even touch the equipment. I am an 81 yr. old lady and I am not able to get down on the ground to hook up this equipment or to unhook the car from the car carrier. This information needs to be revealed and discussed at the beginning of this type of transaction so that the person renting the equipment is aware of the rules. I was fortunate to have a nice gentlemen who not an employee help with this car carrier, otherwise I would still be sitting there.
