The service of the person who attended me, was the worst experience I've had, He don't say hello, good morning,I answer reluctantly, mad, there was no explanation from the U-Haul when assembling it and the drop off was the same way, He answer angry and reluctantly disassemble it, I won't go to that place again

VICKIE WAs far as customer service goes it was excellent. The worker who helped me with my rental was beyond friendly, kind and made sure my needs were met.
