I have no idea what the manager’s name is but she is so kind. This is the second interaction I’ve had with her and she has always gone above and beyond!
Zane CThe pickup process was very difficult, and I had to get U-Haul online for 45 minutes for my pickup. The truck was EMPTY of fuel, which made it a pain too. I prefer to drop off with a full tank, not try and calculate where it was on empty.
James LWas not open at 9 as promised and did not have all equipment ordered.
CHANCEY TI was over charged by uhaul. $55 more than i should have been.
