When I arrived the U-Haul associate was kind to help guide me to park the vehicle. Once parked he just told me to leave the keys take a picture of the miles and leave. But, he didn’t say anything else and left me there alone because he was busy. So, I simply checked out using my phone and followed the instructions on the app. Next time, I would of liked more guidance from the person on how to check out. Since I left feeling like I still need to do something.
