The app wanted so many pictures and because I turned it in at 12am. There was a cop circling me at least twice to see what I was doing. If you could have a different drop off location or extend the one in Mercedes that would be great and I couldn’t find the box to leave key either. The pick up was easy however drop off wasn’t too great.

Lesbia GHave the correct equipment per contract at the location the it was booked for pick up not have to go to a different location pick up the truck drive back 4hrs later to get the trailer then have to wait another hour and a half for someone to bring a appliance dolly this was not a good experience not good u haul not good at all two thumbs down
