Have the correct equipment per contract at the location the it was booked for pick up not have to go to a different location pick up the truck drive back 4hrs later to get the trailer then have to wait another hour and a half for someone to bring a appliance dolly this was not a good experience not good u haul not good at all two thumbs down

The staff there did not conduct business in good faith, and their actions do not reflect the standard of service U-Haul is known for. Because of this experience, I will not do business with that specific location again.
