EZ SINS & Electrical Services 402 S Illinois Ave Mercedes, TX. 78570 I respectfully request that U-Haul re-evaluate its partnership with the dealer located in Mercedes, TX. The staff there did not conduct business in good faith, and their actions do not reflect the standard of service U-Haul is known for. Because of this experience, I will not do business with that specific location again.

She stated she would send us our contract never did then she forgered a signature to one and nothing on the other. She didn't send the contract till after she pulled what she wanted out of the account. How many others has she done this too
