The owner is unprofessional. Quoted on flat rate. Was not on site, made us send personal documents via text. She stated she would send us our contract never did then she forgered a signature to one and nothing on the other. She didn't send the contract till after she pulled what she wanted out of the account. How many others has she done this too

Kyle JWhen I arrived the U-Haul associate was kind to help guide me to park the vehicle. Once parked he just told me to leave the keys take a picture of the miles and leave. But, he didn’t say anything else and left me there alone because he was busy. So, I simply checked out using my phone and followed the instructions on the app. Next time, I would of liked more guidance from the person on how to check out. Since I left feeling like I still need to do something.
