The process was not easy. And when we arrived I rang the bell a few times and the lady on the other end was very rude. I tried explaining that the link we had wasn't working and she kept saying its done in the app. When I got on with usual rep the issue was the app was not working. Then when returning the truck the same last was very rude and I misunderstood the turning in the key and she just rudely took the key instead of just showing me politely how to return it. Moving is stressful enough with people we are paying for a service treating people so poorly.

I had a much better experience with American storage, than I do going to the uhaul location/store. No one at the direct uhaul, smiles, or a pleasant greeting. I rented a pickup truck and when I went to pick it up, it was rented out for an hour, and they couldn't get ahold of the person to see if they would be back on time. Giving me $50 off the rental and making me drive further. I would have paid for almost 40 miles round trip. Cancelled the rental. I rent a lot from uhaul, so does my brother when he comes in from Alaska.
LINDA HDifficult to access due to construction. Self check in process took a half hour, which felt ridiculous. I requested a dolly but it was not in the truck when we picked it up.
