I was 1 hour late on a Sunday with all the trucks in the lot ( not rented) ACE hardware charged me more for the late fee than what I payed for a days rent.

MICHAEL GWhen I checked the unit back in, they told me just leave the keys and I'd have my final receipt in an hour via email. It never arrived. When I went back to the location, there was nobody to get into the system, adjust the estimated mileage to the actual and provide the receipt. I'm probably going to have to wait until Monday....and most likely will need to make another trip to the location.
