I’m giving it Two stars because We dropped off the uhaul with gas tank filled to 1/4 same spot I got it. We were charged almost 60.00 more because it wasn’t filled up. If the agent would have looked at the truck and checked it in we could have avoided this charge. We only went maybe 50 miles and put 20.00 in gas but somehow that wasn’t enough and incurred 60.00 charge. Not good. Talked to customer service. No one ever got back to us. The ace hardware was polite but still should have checked us in. Otherwise this would have been more stars. We also weren’t told to Take a picture of gas tank gauge. Just drop off keys.
