Stop getting bare bones trucks. Mirrors can not be adjusted, no power windows, no cruise control, old radio, Bluetooth mic was lousy. Would have been good for around town but not for a 1500 mile drive.

Matt AThis was my second rental in two weeks. The service and support in both instances was tremendous. While the trucks were in good condition in general, the ramps were in poor condition specifically and exceedingly so for the first rental. In each instance they seemed to need lubrication for ease of extension and contraction. Again, this was exceedingly so in the case of the first truck rental. It was a safety hazard and made the move in general more challenging than would otherwise have been the case.
