On return of the truck, we dropped it off on Sunday evening and put the keys into the key return box. We never received any emails or calls from U-Haul on Monday saying that they had received the truck on Tuesday, I called them to ask him if they had everything like they should. The man who was on the phone said whoever was supposed to be checking things in the past couple of days did not do that so our truck was not officially turned in until today after 11 AM because they failed to get it checked in.
Mark GGot a truck with less than 1/8 fuel left. I added 5 gals and returned it with 1/4 full. More than when I started. They charged me for 10 gal the next day! They put on the receipt that I left the truck with only 1/16 and started with 3/8?! This location is running a shady side hustle on their small farm. I am not the first to complain about this, and sadly won’t be the last. They had me sign the signature pad before going to their lockbox and turning on the truck.

Matthew RHe system said truck had 3/4 tank of gas but it was less than that. I took a picture of it and filled it up more than what was originally in it. Still got charged for 2 more gals of gas after drop off. Please be more accurate with this
