I was told there was a customer waiting so I returned the truck without stopping for gas on the way. It didn’t matter because I only went 10 miles and the gas gauge did not move yet I was charged for using 2 gallons. There was no customer waiting when I arrived and based on the gas charges, I now believe I was mislead about that too. It is unfortunate because the location was convenient but I will not use it again.

FRANCISCO RI don't recommend anyone go to that location, but whoever does, be careful when renting a car and check everything, so they don't try to scam with the mileage like they did to me.
OSMEL PI have used your services several times in the past few months, and this is the first time I have received a truck without air conditioning, which the representative did not inform me about. Additionally, I used the truck at night, and the interior light in the cargo area was not working, which made my work very difficult as I couldn't see anything. I am quite disappointed with the service on this occasion.
