There were no signs indicating where to go, Liberty nor U-Haul. I went to the property where the trucks are parked only to see an angry sign on the door "NOT U-HAUL!". To get any help with issues I had to wait and had no one that really knew anything. The trucks gas cover was broken, key chain was broken. Never again going to this location unless there is no choice at all.
