This particular location was not responsive at all. I had been calling for 3 days straight prior to my scheduled pick up and no one would answer the phone. Once I got there to pick up the truck they tell me they don’t have any of the dollys I had requested. It would have been nice to know in advance so I could have made other arrangements since I needed dollys. The truck I was given was dirty inside. It seems this location doesn’t take pride in what they do. I would only recommend this location if it’s the only one available and you’re in a pinch.

Julio NCouldn't turn around the vans quickly. I wanted a different van and was told they couldn't because it wasn't "closed." The staff was poorly trained and added insurance despite my repeated request to exclude it. They billed me after the app billed me. Though the app billed me afterwards too. The only value of this experience was the location and practicality of the product... but it was truly a piss poor customer experience.

DANIEL SI’ve made a reservation including a platform with wheels and half a dozen of quilts, they didn’t have them. I’ve already hired movers, set a time frame with my new landlord, etc. What I was supposed to do? Re schedule everything because you can not keep your reservations? U-Haul is not a reliable company!!!
