Fernando TMy reservation was not found in their system. They took pictures of my driver's license (front and back), from their phone. The pieces of equipment that I have requested in the reservation were not in the truck. The truck also was about 1/4 tank. Not enough to reach to my destination. I ended up returning the truck with more gas than needed. A credit should be given/ applied.
JACKIE GThe U Haul staff that attended me were really rude; they had a horrible attitude towards me and that is not an acceptable way receive customers with.
