Hello, I experienced several issues with my rental reservation. Confirming the reservation took over 10 minutes because the app and live chat were not working, which required calling customer service. When I picked up the truck, the rented equipment was missing, so I had to call customer service again. I was told to pick up the equipment at another location and return it with the truck. At the equipment location, I was then told I had to return the equipment there instead, which caused additional delays, time lost from work, and forced me to transport dirty equipment in my light-colored personal car. Because of these issues, I lost about 1 hour and 30 minutes of my rental time. When I arrived at my apartment, I only had one hour left. I then discovered the drop-off address on my reservation was incorrect and not the one I selected. Returning the truck to that location would have caused me to lose my entire moving period. I am requesting this issue be reviewed and appropriate compensation provided.

I had a really bad experience from the time I picked up to yesterday when I received a bill no person at the facility yeah U-Haul employees being sarcastic when I took the trailer just a poor poor experience

Juan PNot sure. Office employee couldn't connect to the main server for about 30 minutes. He let me hit the road after all with just making pictures. And after all I found extra insurance charge that I didn't buy during ordering the trailer.
Edward EThe phone number provided never worked. I went to deliver the trailer back at around 440 pm on Tuesday (12th) and there was nobody at the office. It had a sign stating 24 drop off location. I just dropped the trailer (a neighbor told me that was the procedure). I had to call customer service today to let them know I had dropped the trailer and only after my call was the ticket closed. I was worried something could have happened since nobody took the time to call me back during the whole day.
