Keep equipment service up to date service light turn on when I was driving and it had a loud noice
WALKIRIA RAfter waiting approximately 40 minutes, the individual responsible for providing me with the truck was occupied with preparing a chicken order. Due to time constraints, I was unable to wait any longer and had to leave. Upon returning three hours later, the on-site clerk insulted me on multiple occasions. Consequently, I decided not to proceed with the rental, yet I noticed a $19 charge on my credit card. This experience has been profoundly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share it in my forthcoming Google review. MIGUEL IThe customer service was horrible!! The employee prioritizes other customers at the gas station and the wait is very long. They also do not help with the delivery process or explain how the vehicle works.
