The pickup location is at a busy gas station, and the gas customers take priority over the U-haul clients. The truck was parked in the back and there was trash and broken down furniture underneath the truck itself; when the employee moved the truck, he ran over the discarded dresser that was underneath the truck and I was really worried that he had punctured a tire....overall not a great experience. The Truck and trailer were not ready for pickup when I showed up and it took a while to get everything set to go.
