It was not the location fault. I got charge for equipment they had unavailable. It took several calls for the refund to be issued. Also rental was returned a day early. No adjustments would be made by U-Haul.

The woman and the dropoff location was certainly pleasant and courteous, but I am rather puzzled that a laundromat doubles as a U-Haul facility. It was obvious that it is a laundromat first and foremost, and a U-Haul location secondly.

CECIL HThe beginning miles was not the correct miles, I was over charged, the truck was on empty when I picked it up, I had to put gas in it. I let them know about the over charge, still haven’t heard back from them. I’m not happy with this experience.
