The attendants were totally confused about how to complete the rental. They challenged my credentials and my credit worthiness. Even though I had booked everything online, they asked me what size truck I wanted, whether I wanted to buy insurance, etc. The inside of the truck was dirty, with crumpled up potato chip bags and personal hygiene, trash that I had to dispose of.It was very frustrating.

Brianna WHave them trained properly and don't switch locations last minute. Location did not go over anything nor walk around truck. They didn't even tell us which truck. Just handed the key over. Very poor customer service at pick up.
