You can have somebody from corporate call me and give me 2/3 discount on this rental because you took an hour and a half of my time to get it taken care of. please please reach out to me because the location where I rented this should not be allowed to be one of your rental places. My experience was horrifying.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe attendants were totally confused about how to complete the rental. They challenged my credentials and my credit worthiness. Even though I had booked everything online, they asked me what size truck I wanted, whether I wanted to buy insurance, etc. The inside of the truck was dirty, with crumpled up potato chip bags and personal hygiene, trash that I had to dispose of.It was very frustrating.
