Nobody was on site when I arrived during regular working hours, after I called the phone number on Google Maps a woman told me that someone was going to assist me in 5 min. Later a very young girl without any U-Haul uniform showed up and received the Truck and told me to park it in a place where a big dog was chained, I told her I was no going to do that. Very dissatisfied with this place.

JANET SThey had the truck at a different location than what was online. It was farther than the address that I scheduled with, and I had already locked in and had no choice. They told me at the last minute that the truck was somewhere else and I ended up having to pay for that mileage and gas, I also had to pay Moore for an Uber to go farther because the first Uber took me to the address advertise and then they told me afterwards the truck wasn’t there and I had to Uber even farther horrible experience
