It was NOT the location that was the issue.they were closed and the opaque system for retreiving key codes caused me to have to call thr help line 4 times. The location was closed.

The guy was very helpful, I had to keep it overnight and I didn’t get a lot of calls. He called in the morning to see what was going on and I do owe a fee to U-Haul for the late charges but he was understanding and I had to discuss everything else with U-Haul
