I pulled into the main parking lot. The guy came out said he scanned in the trailer has checked in and told me to park across the street which I did next to the other trailers. And then, every other day I was getting emails from U-Haul claiming I didn't return the trailer. I had to call customer service four times to attempt to rectify. Finally, they claim they see it checked in but the other location in Michigan City on Franklin Street tells me they can't find it. Miserable experience.
