Worked fine for after hours dropoff
Richard MTrailer was not swept out. Recommend looking at that when checking in.
DAVID FIt was NOT the location that was the issue.they were closed and the opaque system for retreiving key codes caused me to have to call thr help line 4 times. The location was closed.
NATHAN FThe guy was very helpful, I had to keep it overnight and I didn’t get a lot of calls. He called in the morning to see what was going on and I do owe a fee to U-Haul for the late charges but he was understanding and I had to discuss everything else with U-Haul
