The truck smelled like cigarettes and was dirty.
Thomas DClean the equipment , inspect the breaks please(the ones on the truck I was driving were very slippery and faulty) , gear shift stick needs to be easier to move, ac unit for the heat was aweful. The prices need to be adjusted for the older models vs the newer models of U-Haul trucks.
CHEROKEE WThe truck had only 5,000 miles and was clean. Other than the washer fluid being empty, this was a great experience.
