Everything about my experience was great! The customer service clerks that work at the establishment were phenomenal. They greeted everyone that was a customer including children. If I ever need to rent another truck then I’ll definitely return to the Lucky Stop.

I felt that the Lucky Stop location was so small to hold the amount of trucks they had on hand. Our sales person was very helpful from the gas station. However, she had to take care of the gas customers, the lottery customers and the U-Haul customers. Sometimes the store was filled and she was the only person waiting on everyone.

The female who helped us was very nice but the only person working so everytime another customer came in, we had to wait for her to take care of them which made our transaction take longer than necessary.

Nothing at all! The Uhaul service attendant was helpful and very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was also very very cute! I’d use the Lucky Stop Gas Station again anytime!

I would call the day prior as advertised. Regarding the auto checkout process... I would call the website a website and not an APP. I would explain to a first time user of the auto checkout process a bit of how it works to alleviate any potential stress that non-technical people may have using the process.

When I returned I stated that I had hit a mailbox and knocked off the side mirror. The girl didn't know what to do because guess no one has every returned a damaged vehicle. She called her boss who told her that we need a police report. We said we didn't have one because it was a mailbox... she then called the police who said they don't do anything with this. She then called her boss who said go ahead and return the vehicle then... by the way I had purchased the $28 Safemove insurance in case something like this happened (I have never driven a U-Haul truck before). Anyway it took like 30 minutes for the whole return truck process to get down. Was not to happy and NOWHERE in my paperwork did it say you would need a police report for damage.

Cut time delay: As gas station staff (often 1 person only) has multiple customers at the same time the process of checking in en out gets delayed. The employee does her best managing this however.

The purpose (I thought) of the internet pick up was to "avoid standing in line" but I had to wait in line for a key anyways? I used the internet check in and out and it took me 30 minutes to download pics of truck damages that were already there and of myself and of license and location of truck. This time came off of my 4 hour rental? Leaving me with 3 1/2 hours. Waste of time and time is $$$.

Horrible experience with the car dolly! It was missing parts and we had to go to the local hardware store and purchase $15 worth of nuts and bolts to some what fix it! Just garbage! Very disappointed

This was an absolute horrible experience trying to drop off my truck. The hours on the U-Haul website stated this location is open for drop offs until 9:00pm. There isn't a U-Haul employee or any employee for that matter who was able to assist with my return. When I got to the facility the woman working didn't know how to log in to their U-Haul account and was difficult to work with. She wanted me to simply leave all equipment in the back of the truck unlocked. When asked her name so I knew who I left my equipment with she wouldn't give me her name and tried to call another employee to come in to work and help. I ended up locking all equipment in the cab of the truck and leaving keys in the after hours box and left. What should have been a 10 minute drop off was an HOUR of wasted time and horrible customer service. 1. You should shut this facility down; they are totally incompetent when it comes to U-Haul and have horrible customer service. 2. Update the hours on your website to reflect when a competent employee or U-Haul employee is present. 3. Ensure there are much more clear instructions and options for after hours drop offs especially when there is additional equipment included in a rental. Your customers shouldn't be liable for equipment when your drop off locations don't have a clue what's going on.
