The additional items, a dolly and furniture pads,I requested and were charged for were not in the truck. If these items were unavailable, I should’ve been made aware and not charged for these. I would like a refund for these items.

Jeff CPhone service there isn't great for those who have AT&T or Cricket. Would've been nice to have a secure wifi network to connect to to pick up and drop off the unit I rented. U-haul was clean for the most part, nothing ridiculous or unexpected. Wasn't really aware that I wouldn't get my money back if I brought the unit back a full day early.
