There were cigarette ashes all in the cup holders. I was charged for fuel despite returning the rental with more gas than it had at pick up.
Devonna DI booked a truck with furnitures pads and 2 Dollies and was charged as such - and those items weren’t in the truck - I had booked for 2 days and retuned it after less than 12 hours - terrible service and terrible experience - I am owed both money and an apology from U-Haul - very disappointed. And certainly would never recommend this location or U-Haul to any one
Nicolas MI booked near my house as truck was available, but at end time they moved my pickup to another location which was 7 mile away. so have to pay more for that
