There were cigarette ashes all in the cup holders. I was charged for fuel despite returning the rental with more gas than it had at pick up.

I booked a truck with furnitures pads and 2 Dollies and was charged as such - and those items weren’t in the truck - I had booked for 2 days and retuned it after less than 12 hours - terrible service and terrible experience - I am owed both money and an apology from U-Haul - very disappointed. And certainly would never recommend this location or U-Haul to any one
Nicolas MI booked near my house as truck was available, but at end time they moved my pickup to another location which was 7 mile away. so have to pay more for that

George MThe area had bad service and I had to have a friend use their phone to check out the uhaul. Luckily someone was with me because otherwise there is no alternative option if your GPS is off it will not log you are in the right place and will not offer another method to check out the vehicle. It was especially annoying because my GPS and the uhaul location services in the app said I was in the right place but the check out process kept telling me I was not.
