Returned after hours so I can't really say if it was clean or if the staff were helpful. The online return would not work. Once I finally got it to say I made an order it then said it couldn't find our location. Had to wait 15 minutes for a U-haul rep to answer the phone and manually type it in. The stores number they posted to call them directly, no one picked up. Charged us $12 for something. It didn't specify on the receipt they emailed to me. I am sure if we would have returned during business hours we would have had a better experience but we weren't able to do so.Ron H.

So little room to pick up and drop off trailer. Way too tight and had to drive through deep mud and loose dirt pickin up and dropping off trailer. Very limited time they are open so no help. Could not get anything printed off.MAX F.

I have rented from here several times in the past and have always been pleased. This time I did clmobile pickup. I also needed an appliance dolly and there was not one in the truck. Since location was closed I was stuck without a dolly. This caused me to have to run additional miles on the truck to go borrow one from a friend. The truck was not in good mechanical order and if i hadn't been just running local i wouldnt have even taken it. After check in it was said that I 2ould be contacted about the missing dolly as I paid for it, but I haven't heard from anyone. Normally I get great service from both Uhaul and Mr. Storage so a little dismayed that I haven't heard back.Patricia P.

I would highly recommend if you're reserving to pick up on Sat that you understand the full pickup process. Meaning that you will be going thru the pick up and return via your cellphone and the account you have set up. When your phone ask if you allow or block your location when you're on there site make sure you select "allow". I selected block and it took 45 minutes on two different calls to get the right person that could assist with providing us with the combination of the pickup/drop off to retrieve the keys to the truck. Otherwise no issues.Sharon H.
We rented online the day before.We were at the gate at 9am when it shows the company opens on Saturdays in Midland, just to find out it's really not open on Saturdays and we had to wait 45 minutes to find someone to give us a code to get in to the lot. If you are going to do online rental, the code should be sent back to the customer immediately. Also the price is higher than I had calculated it would be. I will not use Midland again. Will go back to Oakboro.James Eric R.
I was not able to use the car dolly on my 2005 BMW Z4 because the tire wheels were too deep and would have seriously damaged my front air dam if I had loaded the car onto the dolly. The dolly did appear to be very well made.Ron G.
Provide a discount when people run into certain situations like mine that are out of my control where someone has to keep the truck longer than expected between houses and the truck sat parked for 98% of the time. Just not fair to get charged what I did for using the truck 4 hours out of 17 days. I did rate everything as excellent because I do not want this to reflect on the person that did their best to help me out. I will find a different solution next time.clint A.
