Our pick up location was changed the day before and this office did not call to arrange a pick up time. They are closed most of the day. I was able to stop by and get them to put the key in the lock box. But, our reservation was not correct on the app and we were not able to do the check out process. We called for over an hour and spoke to 4 different people before we were able to complete the process. Then, the drop off date was still incorrect and had to call again.

Gary CThey didnt check in my equipment with U-Haul. U-Haul had to track it down. Also, Uhauk tried to charge me for dropping it off at a different location. I have rented U-Haul for years and always turned in wherever was convenient. I was also told by the pick up location that I could do this. If U-Haul starts charging for this, then I will rent from someone else. Also, I will start charging U-Haul for not having the equipment at my reserved location. THIS WAS BS!!!
