brittany sI rented a trailer for 24 hours on 5/22 at 2:45pm and returned the trailer on Saturday 5/23 at 1:45pm. No one was there Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I’ve tried calling ever day since dropping it off Saturday but no one answers, voicemail is not set up and now I’m getting charged for 5 days!!! Totally unacceptable
Nick WThe Uhaul app SUCKS. Could not connect to app unless on wifi and no wifi available at location. Customer service on phone at east Charlotte was excellent. Get rid of the Uhaul app. It SUCKS. Took over an HOUR to check vehicle out.
