Booked a larger trailer but was not able to move due to snow, had to rent a smaller trailer for 2 days instead.
CHRISTINE LWe are extremely disappointed with the state we found the truck in. It was covered in 2 feet of snow and took an hour for us to dig out which cut into our reservation time. Although the employees at Ultramar, where kind and offered us a $20 discount we do not feel that this is sufficient for the experience we had. We would like to request a full refund for the day.
