Terrible customer service, not once but twice now!!
Peter WThere was no uhaul representative, just the gas station attendant who took our paperwork and said all good, I'll tell the other guy it is here. No one offered to help us unhitch the trailer, show us where to park it, or even truly confirm we did drop it off. Thankfully your online return process allowed me to take pictures of the trailer and where we parked it, so that should be sufficient evidence we brought it back as expected.
Michael SThe phone number that I was instructed to call when dropping off trailer only allowed me to leave a voice message. I left a detailed message and took a picture of trailer un-hooked at the lot.
Randall RThere was only one employee working in a busy gas bar and also doing U-Haul check in and out. He was very busy and the wait times were long for pick up and drop off. Other than that everything was great.
