How U-Haul Reviews WorkAttend to the maintenance notifications on the dashboard. Cargo box could be cleaner. Residual dirt from previous renters.
Chris VAttendant unable to locate truck keys, after 1/2 hour he contacted boss then switched truck. Truck did not have furniture pads as ordered and no orientation given on truck operation as attendant did not know about equipment.
Don CThey didn't come out to check the vehical or provide me with any documentation that I returned the vehicle. There was also a minor mileage surcharge even though I returned the vehical with more gas than I received when I picked up the truck. The additional gas was worth more than the $15.20 surcharge.
Herb HWould only recommend because it’s the only one I know of in town. The truck smelled like urine. The back up camera did not work. There were many maintenance lights coming on. Don’t understand why the truck was in miles and not kilometres.
