Always great to deal with this location. Very friendly nice people. I rented a 6x12 trailer. It’s a little heavy to lift on to the trailer hitch.

Paul DUhaul rep at the location was unhelpful and tried to rent me a trailer with no running lights. When brought to his attention he accused my truck being at fault which it was not as it could be clearly seen the wiring harness from the trailer was damaged. Had a very stressful time shuffling trailers trying to find one that was operational Injured myself pulling and pushing other trailers to access one that was operational and legal. Attendant was too busy working the gas station till to assist me He never gave me paperwork and charged me for CDW insurance I did not ask for or approve of . Only wanted trailer for 1 day and was charged for 2 That took more time to resolve after I returned The worst renting experience I have ever had.
