I had a very bad experience at this location. I just wanted to put gas into the U-Haul before I returned it to make sure I wouldn’t be charged because I’m aware U-Haul has a charge plus the charge a lot for gas. Then all of a sudden I have a charge for $70 in gas when I was just trying to put $20 in. The first person who came to help the girl who had messed up my order yelled at me that I wasn’t listening. I was trying to talk to him about the situation and he kept telling me to listen. I assume this is how he talks to his wife. I went to my U-Haul trying to put gas in and they saw me struggling and nobody helped. I was finally able to figure out gas and put it in and confirm that the gas tank was at 1/4 as it had been received. There were three workers. One of the gentlemen at the end was very nice to reverse those charges because he understood the situation that all I wanted to do was put gas in and not charge U-Haul. I do not know any of their names as they were not wearing name tags, but I’m sure if you check their cameras, you can see who interacted with me well and who did not. I will not even be going to this location for gas. This was actually very traumatic to be yelled at by somebody that I was just trying to get help from.

James CAttend to the maintenance notifications on the dashboard. Cargo box could be cleaner. Residual dirt from previous renters.
Chris VAttendant unable to locate truck keys, after 1/2 hour he contacted boss then switched truck. Truck did not have furniture pads as ordered and no orientation given on truck operation as attendant did not know about equipment.
Don CThey didn't come out to check the vehical or provide me with any documentation that I returned the vehicle. There was also a minor mileage surcharge even though I returned the vehical with more gas than I received when I picked up the truck. The additional gas was worth more than the $15.20 surcharge.
