I reserved the U-Haul online, but upon arriving the girls inside, had a completely different price. Also, the dollies they had were not what was reserved and they wanted to charge more for a different type of dolly. They didn’t know anything about the equipment or the trucks. As a previous employee of U-Haul I had to ask the right questions in order to get them to double check things and then all of a sudden they said the page refreshed and the price dropped and I was able to get my reservation for what I was quoted. But then, when I opened the back of the truck to verify cleanliness, there was a dolly which they apparently didn’t even know about. It seems like they need training on equipment and trucks. Also for a truck that has barely over 3000 miles on it, it sounded like something was not right with it.

The vehicle was dirty in the cabin area and the cargo area has dirt, screws, and mats left with in from the previous rental.
CARLOS SYou should at least maintain the ratcheting parts of a car trailer when I pick this thing up they were so stiff rusted so much salt so hard to use not acceptable.
