The morning shift attendant was amazing and very helpful and kind. The evening shift attendant was absolutely rude for no reason. Treated me and my son like trash talking down heavily to us. I asked for her boss and she stormed off telling me to do what I have to. Definitely not what you would expect at a business.

ROBERT HNo dolly available but no one said anything. I got home and realized it was missing. When I called, they then informed me that they didn’t have any and did not charge me for it.Had I known that at pick up I would have gone and rented one from another location but since I was already home and loading items, I was not driving across town with the trailer in tow to get one. Should have been told to me when I picked up the trailer.
