We were charged a wrong drop off charge. The U-Haul affiliate gave us no directions for return and they were closed so we thought we were doing what was right. Over $300 for wrong drop off is absurd and absolutely insane. If we were given more information at pick up that would have been one thing. We filed a dispute but the store we dropped off is supposed to be the one to say yes we get our money back or not!!! Poor customer service in my opinion. Better communication at pick up would have been nice and the kicker the store we pick up and dropped off to were only a mile apart
