The inside cab of the U-haul was not cleaned by the previous renter. When we turned the Ac on we were peppered with dog hair from the vents. It was like a snow storm of dog hair. The whole inside cab had dog hair on the seats the dash, the floor. They even left some dog items in the cab. It was clearly not checked prior to renting it out again. The staff was friendly though and very helpful. The rental office was clean and welcoming.

PETER MU-haul charged me for dropping it off at a different location then what they put in which they choose for me but was over 40 minutes away compared to the location I wanted to drop it off which was less than 10 minutes away
