I needed moving blankets and ordered two dozen with my reservation. I never received them. Moral of the story is make them show you the location of your moving blankets instead of taking their word.

TAMARA SThe truck was nearly on empty when we got it and when we returned it UHual tried charging us for $150 because we wouldn’t fill the tank up to Full. I shouldn’t be expected to pay for the previous users mistake. The directions were unclear and confusing. All in all I will not be using these services again nor will I recommend them. In fact I will do the complete opposite and recommend not to use them.
