The vehicle that they gave me had too much play in the steering, I thought I was gonna go off the road several times. And the rental provider, Semper Fi, overcharged me for my uhaul rental.

JOSHUA LGet the correct information on vehicles. Not the location but U-Haul themselves. My truck was rated at 7,000lbs towing capacity from factory and I was told that I wasn’t allowed unless I rented a truck that had the same towing capacity. My truck had all suspension components upgraded to give it a 8,500lbs capacity. I would rather have used my personal trailer but due to moving it was already loaded up.
CHRISTOPHER CThe person that waited on me and my daughter seemed to be high on something. She was bouncing all over the place. Had computer issues. The truck that she gave us was dangerous. The front in was all over the place. My teeth chattered while driving because the vehicles front in vibrated so bad, I drove almost 3 hours like that. I actually ran off the road several times. Upon return, the person inside checked the vehicle and looked that the front tire and he pointed out that the wire on the tread was showing causing the out of round and vibrations. These vehicle should be checked after every use and before given to someone else. I'm glad that I have driven these types of trucks in the past. I feel that my daughter needs monetary compensation returned for a defective truck. I look forward to your response.
