When we arrived to pick up our scheduled reservation at the scheduled time, no one was there who could help us. So we weren't able to get our rental until the next day. It really messed up our timing and traveling.

The agent was very nice and attentive, BUT....she assisted me with the sign in process and did not ask me or tell me she was clicking on the acceptance of the add on $40 insurance fee, which if she had, I would have declined the extra charge as my CC handles such coverage. I did not notice it until I have left, my CC had been charged and it was too late. Better disclosure of this needs to be done better.
DAVID DUnsure if I would recommend this location. I think maybe the woman I worked with in the morning wasn't on top of the rentals for that day. The truck had been returned the night before and clearly no on checked in that night or before handing it over to us. When I opened it at my mother's apartment, which we were loading into the truck to move her to Minnesota, it was clear that the previous renters had not cleaned out the truck . The storage part of the truck was covered in dirt and mud and mulch. They must have filled the entire truck with mulch! It was a huge drag to have to fully clean the truck before loading my mom's things into it. I will be reaching out to the rental location with the details. I have not yet had a chance to do so. I hope they will be professional in their response.
KATHERINE HI turned the truck in two days early but was told I would receive no credit back to my account. I feel this is unfair. The truck would have been immediately available to re-rent for someone else which I’m sure it was
